"Contrary to what some pictures might show, the rooms are not in the castle but in an annexe which was a big disappointment to us as we chose between this hotel and another one where the rooms indeed are located in the main building. You are not even allowed to access the castle as a guest. Furthermore, our room had an extremely strange layout that offered little to no privacy. And, despite being the only people in the hotel for the better part of our second day, the staff decided to do some non-urgent maintenance in our room during the few hours of the day that we actually spent in our room to plan for the remainder of our trip. On a positive note, the staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. "
