"What a comfortable house with games galore for all ages! Our boys loved diving off the dock, swimming at the end of the dock and of course using the kayaks provided. We also rented a boat and a tube from Skippers ! And then when we were totally exhausted we just sat on the porch and soaked in the view "

"We were visiting Chapin for an engagement party. The house was perfect for our adult children and their spouses and a great rendezvous point. The house was very nicely Appointed and had all the modern conveniences necessary to be comfortable. The home has a HUGE pool which made it very nice for a cool dip.The owner communication was nice, he reached out on the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home for anyone staying in Chapin without the need to...

Screened in building was great for sitting out in the rainstorm we had with frogs croaking… the pier was great for watching the sunset and herons flying by… interior had everything we needed… comfortable beds for recharging the batteries…. Cute local small towns to explore and Dreher Island park great for a hike."

"Comfy and clean home-everything is well kept, plenty of beds, and that view! The lake is gorgeous. We swam, kayaked, and fished-everything was tranquil, just as we needed it to be. The only downfall was the amount of lighting in the master, very dim-other than that all was perfect!"

"Beautiful spot to spend several days. We were visiting family in the area and enjoyed the end of this perfect cove to listen to the frogs, geese, ducks, and watch the turtles sunbathe. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking your own meals. The property managers were excellent and responsive! Great place to be!"
