The house was big and spacious, with more balconies that we could use, and a property filled with fun things to do and use for all ages. Beds and rooms were traditional and comfortable, and the owners were kind to lend more beds for the kids. "The setting is breathtaking. The accommodation perfect. Our hosts, Mikael and Johanna worked to make our stay exceed our expectations. Mikael especially, helped us navigate very confusing ferry schedules, making sure that our excursions were well planned out. He made several recommendations that helped us take advantage of everything we could. We will return to visit Mikael and Johann’s breathtaking and ever ao comfortable vacation spot."

"It is a wonderful house. Located in a small town with perfect connection to public transportation. Bus or ferry to Stockholm cool. The house is large, perfect equipped with everything you need. There is a lot to explore in the area. I you have a motor boat you should bring it with you. The waterfront is marvelous."

Home Base for Stockholm

"We stayed for a week to see Stockholm and visit family. Hotel is French inspired and had a very helpful staff. Breakfast consisted of pastries including delicious croissants and an expansive charcuterie spread. Plenty of areas to eat if you wanted a more quiet space. There is a bar area that you can order drinks at night and we enjoyed a delicious Brandy Alexander and a Bourbon. Location is within the higher end shopping district within close proximity to Chanel, Patagonia, Prada and MaxMara. Room included ear plugs and some comfy slippers that I saw some guests wearing at breakfast. Only draw back was that each evening a local dance club had their base set a little loud, but most nights we were pretty tired and used the ear plugs."
