"We have stayed on St. John 6 times prior and this was by far the best place we have stayed! Location was great! 3 restaurants literally at the bottom of the hill (Sharkys, Surf Club, and Johnny Lime, along with Skinny Legs down the road) and the Dolphin Market grocery store. Maho is about a 9 minute drive from the house! The house itself is gorgeous! The views are stunning! The landscaping around the property is lush! The pool and patio areas are nice! The house and grounds were very clean! I’m very picky about cleanliness and it met my high standards! The owners have thought of and provided so many things to make your stay go well including things like snorkel gear, various sizes of ice chests, ice packs, beach chairs, pool floats, binoculars, first aide kit, an abundance of seasonings, restaurant list with times/days they are open, and a working ice maker in the fridge just to name a few! The kitchen has everything you need and more! The WiFi connection worked well! We will definitely be staying at Harbor Master the next time we return! Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise with us! Tip: Stock up with groceries at the Starfish Market in Cruz Bay and use the Dolphin Market in Coral Bay to replace items as needed. The prices and choices at Starfish were much better than the Dolphin Market! "

"The host Kevin is super Kevin’s place is fabulous and he and his manager Theresa were wonderfully communicative and helpful. I was the first guest and they were working to make sure everything was just right, and it was. It is a lovely spot with a great view and sea breezes. The house is very comfortable. The kitchen is excellent. The shower is great. Parking is above the house (steps lead down to the house) along the local back road and very easy by St John standards. I am a long time visitor and loved the house, location, and proximity to Coral Bay. You will want a jeep or similar to get around. Coral Bay offers a small grocery store and restaurants and a few shops and it is a great location for heading out to all the different beaches. I hope to return!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Villa in Coral Bay. The absolute best views!! The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Loved having beach chairs/towels provided. I'm already dreaming of going back. Close proximity to a few really good restaurantes (Johnny lime is amazing, skinny legs good bar food), and Calabash market (we bought fresh fish and grilled it at the villa). 10/10 would recommend staying here! "

"We loved the location of this home, its beautiful views, and the incredible pool. We had not previously spent much time in Coral Bay but we fell in love with the area and will stay here next time. The kitchen had everything we needed, the rooms were just beautiful, and the view is amazing. Dave, the property manager, was available for issues and rectified the small issues immediately. "Calichi Point has been on my places to stay for many years and we finally decided to book our trip to St. John and our stay. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend staying here! The drive up (and down) is on some very windy roads but the view is breathtaking and the privacy can't be beat! With 75% of the island being a National Park, we took advantage of some hiking that led us to some pretty amazing beaches!! Dining is quite limited so plan to stock up on groceries and enjoy eating on your patio each day! We packed lunches on the days we hiked. We also enjoyed a couple massage on our balcony one afternoon which I highly recommend...the breeze and nature can't be beat! Our trip to St. John and especially our stay at Calichi Point met and exceeded all of our expectations! We will be back!! Our host was great with communicating with us prior to our arrival and were available for any questions we may have had. "

"Loved the House, Loved the View, Loved the Vibe!! House provided all our needs… despite a few critiques, it was a fabulous stay and experience on the island! 2 misleading items were a kayak listed onsite and snorkeling from the house. Maybe at one time there was a kayak? But i asked our greeter and she confirmed we could rent one- definitely not a deal breaker just disappointed. Secondly, i personally entered the ocean from onsite and tho its definitely approachable its full of tall grass in this particular cove which is misleading from the pics; its possible someone started picking out the grass in front of the property which was kind but the bottom is so marshy it definitely wasn’t desirable to our families. But definitely enjoyed the great view and we had nice breezy weather which helped keep mosquitoes at bay. The deck is amazing, the outdoor bed so dreamy, and pool was used daily for dips and it surprisingly stayed soo cool which was refreshing! The volleyball net needs to be replaced so we didn’t want to be responsible for breaking it. Though there was a fancy coffee maker onsite, we followed instructions and couldn’t make it work, just blinked. But we were happy just to have the drip maker. Our King size sheets didn’t fit either of the King beds… constantly had to remake the beds daily. But beds were very comfortable and A\C was amazing and sufficient storage for our clothes. We couldn’t close the gate; so 3 donkeys entered 2 our surprise! so cute! "
