"Winíka Alterra is a small, family owned hotel and resort. The property consists of eleven private cabins. They’re very well maintained and with all the amenities. The staff is very helpful, accommodating, and detailed oriented. All the meals were delicious, fresh, and locally sourced-made from ingredients found at the hotel’s on site farm. "La habitación muy limpia, la ubicación excelente pero considero que debería haber tanto toallas extras como papel sanitario. Porque éramos 3 en la habitación y solo habían 2 toallas. Estuvieron reparando la tubería de agua y nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación, y lo cual es entendible pero no nos ofrecieron nada por el inconveniente, mínimo una bebida o snacks. De ahí en fuera todo bien."
