Additional Amenities: Summer Winds 135 boasts several great entertainment features including (4 SMART TVS) a new 55" flat panel TV in the living room, a new 50” TV in the Master Bedroom with Spectrum Xumo streaming boxes and 43” TVs in remaining two bedrooms to include the Spectrum Cable App. Free access to Paramount+ and Disney+ Apps. You will find two DVD players, board games, and a book library. You will also find a fully stocked kitchen which includes a toaster, new Keurig K-DUO Essential single serve and carafe coffee maker, electric skillet, Crockpot, Ninja Professional blender, Ninja Air Fryer, microwave, and dishwasher in addition to all of the standard kitchen features you would expect in your vacation abode.
NOTE: On Units 120, 135, 222, 235, 301, 331 420, 442: Balcony has shoring posts installed until permanent repairs can be made to the fascia. (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
