"Family room was quiet, spacious and clean, with plenty of tea and coffee and mugs. (Kettle would have benefitted from being a little bigger) Room was air conditioned and had a fridge. "I was rather nervous about the hotel not having a reception but the code arrived a morning of our visit. Entry to Hotel and our room was very easy and the following day, we left luggage in appropriate locker, again using the same code. A perfect visit to Brighton"
