Comfortable accommodation with pretty much everything we needed. Communication was excellent from booking through to departure and we would happily recommend this property. Thanks."

"Artsbank was a lovely clean property with allworking facilities you would expect for a short stay. The location is central to the town and street parking was available close by. "

We left the property on time and put the key in the key safe but were charged 75 because “they couldn’t find the key” We returned home 110miles away and were falsely accused of returning the key at that time! Disgusting customer service, please be careful and hope other don’t suffer such hassle and lies."
