"They have wall Air conditiining unit which is unfortunately so noisy every time it cuts in. So hard to sleep. It spoils an otherwise really great hotel"

"Check in staff amazing.. breakfast delicious a good range .. check out excellent. My only complaint is that we were 3 in the room ..a request for extra complimentary water was not given . Also we had been allocated a room near the lift . The noise level if rooms around the lift needs to sleep in … Maybe a sign at the lift stating… silence consider other Guest"

"We had a great experience at the Protea Hotel. Check in and out was efficient and all employees extremely courteous and helpful. The restaurant prepared breakfast to go on short notice due to our early departure. The facility is immaculately kept and tastefully designed. The location was great and we were able to safely walk the streets at night and experience some of the local culture. Highly recommended and would love to return in the future."

"The hotel could need a update, Many small items was broken and a cleaning of the outside facade of the hotel is needed. It was nearly possibly to look out the windows due to a thind layer of dirt. The staff was very good, really good from reception, the restaurant to the staff cleaning the rooms. Our Room was very clean."
