"WE FOUND THE STAFF WHERE VERY FREINDLY AND VERY HELPFULCHECKING IN TO ALL THE BAR STAFF AND OF COURSE THE RESTURANT.THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN .I WOULD LIKE TO COMMENT ON THEOUTSTANDINGENTERTAINMENT IN THE LOBBY BAR .THE ONLY THING I WOULD ADVISE IS FOR THE TELEVISION WHERE THE PEOPLE ARE SINGING BE TURNED OFF .WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN THIS YEAR ALTOGETHER WE SPENT 21 DAYS OF ENJOYMENT. "This was a our second stay here and it was just as good -would certainly recommend. We arrived two hours early but were given our bungalow after only one hour's wait so that was good. The layout of the complex is nice and the pool although cold was very nice. As for position - it is very close to the sea front with level access to the beach, harbour and shops. The bus station is only a short walk with buses to the airport every quarter of an hour or so. The one thing that I would suggest...

"Excellent location. Close to airport. 30 minute walk to Puerto Del Rosario. No shops much closer than that although there is a garage and shop on the other side of the highway. You can get there by walking through the tunnel under the road. Room was amazing. Sea view with balcony. Very clean. Loved it. Bus stop outside which you can catch to Puerto Del Rosario as well. "

"This villa was ideal for a 3 generation family stay with plenty of space to be together or to have private time. Well appointed and equipped throughout, the outdoor space is the highlight. Special shoutout to Deborah who made our time in the villa so successful with her discreet support and willingness to do anything she could to make our stay special."

Villa and garden do NOT match the pictures

"The kitchen had 3 different sets of doors. The only set of 4 matching glasses we could find were large pint glasses with handles, all other glasses looked like they had been scavenged from bars.The luxury sunbeds in the picture were ALL broken, the cushions were torn. Other mismatched sun beds were provided but were heavily worn and the plastic broken in places.Putting green is unusable.The pool table base is broken and hanging off.Weeds were a foot high along the wall to the golf course / next to the pool.There were many missing tiles from the pool leaving sharp edges.The pool cover is torn and as such very difficult to move on and off the pool.The pool net is snapped and unusable.When we tried to use the oven black smoke came billowing out for a minimum of 10 minutes.It rained and the roof leaked leaving a large dangerous puddle on the tiles in the living room.The power went off for a day causing the contents of the freezer to defrost and needing to be replaced.One of the rooms has a curtain covered with mould.There is also clearly an issue with the drains as when laying in the garden there is a distinct smell of waste.When these issues were highlighted to the owner upon check in (Thursday) no response was received till Saturday and the response was a simple sorry.This villa is marketed as a luxury villa and does NOT deliver."

Relaxing and chilled

"The property was bigger than the pictures showed.we loved the outside space and enjoyed the pool and hottub.the BBQ could do with a Refresh but everything in the property worked. It's around at 15 mins walk to amenities but taxis are available for a few euros if needed. We loved the space and quite."

"This was our 3rd time in this hotel, and we couldn’t ask for better! Good size bedroom with a fantastic balcony and even a kitchenette, spacious bathroom. Breakfast and dinner options were good considering the price range of this hotel. Location very convenient, 10mins from the airport and well connected to both north and south of the island. We can’t wait to go back next year!"

"Away from it all but close enough to shops for re-stocking the fridge! We like alternate Villa Days and Exploring Days and this Villa was perfect for doing just that...the pool is lovely, beds are comfortable, spacious rooms, huge Smart TV!... Quiet location. Really excellent communication with the owner who just wants his guests to have a wonderful holiday. I would recommend hiring a car Close to"
