Our stay was outstanding. The house is beautiful and roomie and even better than the photos, which was hard to do, as it looks so amazing from the photos. This house is full of character. The view is gorgeous. The house feels like it is tucked away from the rest of the world. We will be staying at this house again. One of my favorite parts of this house is the outside patio! Thanks for everything!
We had a very busy week and had fast replies from the manager with all our questions or needs. Access to the driveway is tight but not difficult for small or medium vehicles. The kitchen was well stocked and the patio is gorgeous! We just needed more time to spend at the house.
This is our second stay at this lovely home. The home is close to town, the capital and nearby walking trails.
The outdoor patio is a great place to sit in the afternoons. The host is responsive and helpful. We will be back.
The 4 adults and one baby had a great stay at this comfortable & beautiful home. We felt immediately at home as there was plenty of room to spread out and relax with a beautiful master suite and 2 other bedrooms with the second bathroom. The views at sunset were lovely! Communication with our host Drew was excellent and we’d stay here again. One of the best, if not our favorite short term rental ever.
We wanted to do something special for Christmas with our grown up children this year. This home fit the bill perfectly! It felt almost like our own, with everything we could need. It definitely made our Christmas 2022.
We stayed for a couple of days, visiting our son, who goes to the University. We have rented several places in Salt Lake now, and we really loved this one! It has such great old house charm, with fun, warm decor. The bed we used was very comfy, and it had all the necessary amenities. The view of the city is unbeatable, especially at night. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio and walking to the City Creek trail, which we love. It is also in great walking proximity to downtown. We definitely hope to stay again!
This house was amazing for Salt Lake girls trip. It is a little tucked away but in a great neighborhood and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and a fresh market. Clean and so well decorated, we had plenty of room and gorgeous sunset/sunrise views. Communication was excellent and responses to questions was timely. Cute patio gave us convenient outdoor time. Bottle water and chocolates for bedtime left by host were a perfect touch.

We were there for 2 nights and wished we could stay longer. The house is beautiful. Deco is modern, and looks great in the older house. The drive way is a little tough to find, we arrived after dark that made it harder. All 4 of us agree the beds were very comfortable, water pressure is great. The house was very clean. The library has a big variety. Great place to stay.
We loved the location of this house. It was so close to downtown Salt Lake and two blocks from the Capitol building. It was clean and spacious. The views were amazing and it just had a good feeling/vibe. The only thing that I didn’t care for is that the t.v. faced a very large window without any blinds, curtains or drapes and it was impossible to watch the television before sunset.
We had a great stay at this lovely, comfortable property. The house is very close to the Capitol and city parks. Once we located the driveway behind the house, it was pretty easy to get in and out. The house is on a pretty steep hill, which means it has a good view of SLC from the front porch. It might be worth replacing a few of the cushions on the furniture out there. The patio was comfortable and we spent several evenings there under the trees and string lights. We had a minor issue with the shower and Drew was very quick to respond and get it fixed. I would definitely stay at this property again!
I came in for a tradeshow and versus staying in a hotel decided to get a VRBO home close to downtown. It was easy to get into downtown from the house but not walkable like I initially thought I would do. But it was a 5-minute UBER and we never had to wait more than 3-5 minutes to get a pickup ride into the convention, or restaurants, etc. on the downtown area.
Regarding the house, it's cute, it open, it's got a great view from the house out onto SLC, and the backyard was nice and wonderful to sit at after a day at the show.
Great layout and comfortable rooms. Perfect location and spectacular views. Kitchen could have a few more basics like olive oil and spices; bedroom blinds did not block out light. Nice touch with coffee and sugar provided. Drew was very responsive.
We were so happy that this beautiful house was available and even more pleased that it lived up to descriptions and photos from the listing. Communication and check in were flawless with the host being very responsive to our queries. Access to the property from the carport in the rear was essential because we were traveling with our elderly parents. The views are a stunning and the location is perfect. The architecture and layout is very cozy and classic and we felt at home right away. Easily one of our best house rental experiences.
My friend and I had a good time here. Outdoor area was beautiful and beds were very comfy. Only complaint is sheer shades that didn’t give much privacy and no shade in the large living room window which made the room way too bright and hot later in the afternoon.
