This is a beautiful property with very clean and functional rooms. The staff were pretty helpful. But, I didn't realize that the property is in the midst of a lot of unhoused people, which made me not want to walk around the area alone. I was glad they had secure parking available.

The hotel itself was great. We had a super clean 2 bed suite which was really nice. Beds super comfy and bedding lovely. The bathroom had a broken shower curtain but it still worked. Always hot water and great water pressure. good breakfast with hot items every day included in stay. Parking is underground below the hotel and costs $10 a day. Dont park on street as there are tons of sketchy people hanging around the street at night. The hotel is close to a homeless shelter and there are loads of homeless people hanging about all day and night.

Room had a strange odor that did not dissipate, walls had odd streaks in some areas, door to the bathroom is in very bad condition on the bottom, bathroom light covered in dust (is it a fan that hasn’t been cleaned maybe??) room had light switches that seemed to do nothing, rooms are not sound proof and other guests disrupted my sleep at 11:30pm and 3:50am. Window and sliding door leading outside were not wiped down, dining table was dirty and needed wiped down, one of the elevators had animal excrement present the morning of checkout. The counter staff were tremendously kind and helpful, the included breakfast was fresh, options for paid or free parking available. Would not recommend staying here, and I will not be returning.

My TV wouldnt change channels and the toilet ran incessantly unless I opened the back and closed the valve myself. If that wasnt bad enough, when i returned to my room the 2nd night my room had not been serviced - bed a mess, dirty towels where i left them, trash not taken out. Very disappointed
