You'll feel like you're in a spacious cabin in the mountains but are conveniently located near Salt Lake City and three canyons.

With a hot tub on the creek, two 70” TVs, two kitchens, a two car garage, plenty of off-street parking, two decks, and accommodations to comfortably sleep 13, this house is ideal for groups looking to enjoy the outdoors.

The house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on 1.1 acres with a year-round creek wrapping around the back. Multiple canyons are within a short drive and quick access to the freeway makes Salt Lake City and Park City easily accessible.

10 of us stayed at this property for a ski trip to Brighton and Solitude. It was perfect! There were enough beds and bathrooms (very important) for everyone without feeling squished in. The kitchen was clean, spacious, and provided a ton of cooking tools and other supplies, which we used to cook dinner a few of the nights. The hosts were responsive and friendly, and even setup QR codes around the home with video instructions for how to use the hot tub and sauna.

We had an excellent stay. This house was perfect for our annual ski trip. The location on a quiet cul-de-sac was nice and very easy access to all of the resorts. And after a day of skiing, it was nice to relax in the large and well maintained hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped which made it easy to prepare meals. And the beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. Also, Alyssa was very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. I think everyone in our group agreed that this was by far the best rental we've had for a ski trip and would definitely rent again.

The house provided us with the perfect atmosphere to cook meals, tell stories, and reminisce about times gone by! Our stay at Alyssa’s property was incredible. The house was very spacious with all the necessary amenities to make our stay enjoyable. Alyssa was very responsive whenever we had any questions. There was a creek behind the house, which was pretty and fun to hang out at. On the day of checking out our flights got delayed unexpectedly. Alyssa was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to stay well beyond the scheduled check-out time without charging us for the entire day. This gesture was especially helpful and greatly appreciated, given that it was our first time visiting Utah and we were still getting acquainted with the area. Her hospitality truly made our experience memorable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Great property, especially for a lot of adults. Everybody having their own room and bathroom was ideal. With the creek right out back you feel like you are in the mountains. Loved the duck that visited us every morning and swam in the creek! Very private property. Host was super easy to communicate with.

I want to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. This was an extended family trip and the house was perfect. With enough rooms for everyone, extra refrigerator room and space to keep our skis. Alyssa was very easy to reach out to with questions and made sure we had everything we needed. I rented this home for our first family ski trip including 7 adults and 3 children. The home was beautiful and spacious with enough beds for everyone and 4 full baths. There is a living area and kitchen on the main floor and downstairs space, but we only ended up using the upstairs common areas. Everyone really enjoyed the private hot tub after a long day on the slopes! There is a cozy 1-2 person sauna tucked below the stairs which is a nice touch! The check-in/check-out process was very simple and we had no issues during our stay. The host, Alyssa, was very easy to get in contact with- I told her that I was having issues with the VRBO app not loading properly and I was able to contact her directly via text/call. The house is easy to find and not too far from the airport. The ski resorts we went to were about 30-45 min drive depending on traffic. There is a grocery store and rental shop 5 min away which made it super easy to grab stuff as we needed. I would definitely rent this home again if I have the opportunity to visit SLC again!
