Enjoy remote work and entertainment with high speed Wi-Fi, designated office space, television w/ Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, books, record player and sweet little record collection, fully stacked brand new kitchen (pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware, full spice collection, fresh herbs, coffee / tea and coffee maker, olive oil and condiments, dish washer), in unit washer / dryer. Fully decorated with beautiful art work and thoughtful touches.

Parking in private parking lot steps away from the space. Around the corner from the Utah Capitol Building. 5 minutes from downtown, Harmons grocery store, City Creek Mall, downtown bars / nightlife, Memory Grove, Temple Square, and several lovely restaurants, cafes, and breweries around the Marmalade and Downtown SLC. 10 minutes from the airport. 20 minutes to the canyons.
