Beautiful 3,200 square foot home in the avenues was recently remodeled and has updated kitchen, bathrooms and A/C. Modern amenities meet a historic touch. Prime location between the university and downtown makes getting around the Salt Lake valley convenient. Home is ideal for remote work and is setup with gig fiber internet on a mesh network. Home is walking distance to Smith's (grocery store) and local restaurants. You are a short uber ride from downtown nightlife, the convention center, the University of Utah, Lindsay Gardens and Liberty Park, public transit also picks up 20 yards from the front door. This is an outdoor lovers paradise just blocks away from hiking and mountain biking trail such as the Crest, Bonneville Shoreline, and Bobsled trails. A beautiful home enhanced the visit

We had visitors from out of town stay here instead of staying at a hotel and this made their visit so much more enjoyable! Most had never been to Utah so to stay in a lovely historical home elevated their experience. The hosts were easily accessible and accommodating. The home was beautiful and had everything they needed to enjoy their stay. So much room that one of the guests led a yoga session for everyone each morning!

Big house for an extended family

The host, who lives next door, was very responsive and accommodating. Very big bedrooms, kitchen, and dining room, so it was easy to have twelve people sharing the house, while feeling as though there was plenty of space. This was our second time staying in the house, we highly recommend it!

I highly recommend this house if you are in the area. Everything was clean, beds are comfortable, house is well stocked and beautiful. Backyard was a delight, we sat out by the fire every night visiting. Perfect location!! We just loved our stay.

Great house and location for a big group

We had three families traveling from different parts of the country to meet in SLC and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of common open areas and the fire pit area out back was nice too. The house is a good blend of old charm with modern renovations. Would definitely recommend.

Great historic SLC house

This was a GREAT house, well kept, clean and convenient. It was perfect for my family, especially for my elderly parents, since it has kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms and bathroom with a walk-in shower on the ground floor level. The neighborhood was quiet and great for short walks. Dave provided good restaurant recommendations for places nearby. Overall, a great stay and would definitely rent this house again.

A Great Historic Home in the Avenues

My family and I have stayed at this property twice now. This impeccable home has great character, an amazing kitchen, a beautiful back patio, and is in a great location. Furthermore, the property manager is responsive; it is evident he takes pride in this beautiful home.

Would definitely return!

We had a great week staying at the Blue House! It has lovely historic charm with modern updates throughout. Having downstairs bedrooms and full bath was a huge plus! Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies, just not enough cereal/soup bowls for a crowd. We would absolutely stay there again!
