Beautiful and Clean Sandy Home close to Trax Station

Fully furnished 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in a newer neighborhood located in a great location in Sandy Utah. Close to many venues, shopping centers, parks, hospitals and has easy access to the freeway. Within walking distance to a Trax Station that can transport. The house includes multiple TVs, high speed internet, a washer and dryer, and fully fenced back yard...perfect for children and pets. One of the 5 bedrooms is set aside as an office with a desk, chair and bookshelf. There is also a crib on site for a traveling family with very young children. The backyard is fully fenced in with one gate that can be locked. There is a backyard patio, with a grill, with a table and chairs. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the freeway, restaurants, shopping, movie theaters and skiing. Less than 25 minutes to downtown SLC, the airport and ski resorts. Perfect for family that is traveling for professional reasons or even a family that is needing relocation for a job change, or those in the process of building or renovating. Great Location

The location of this house is convenient to town and it is easy to get to the ski resorts. The house is perfect for several friends. There is plenty of room in the kitchen to cook and the dining area is good for sit down breakfasts and dinners. It was nice to have a half bathroom on the main floor.

Family Thanksgiving

This beautiful home was ideally located between family member homes and Brighton. It was a perfect gathering place for those traveling from out of town to relax with the extended family. We would definitely rent it again!

Great home and perfect location

This home was clean and well stocked for our needs. It was even better than our expectation. The back yard was great for evenings outside as well as the play set in the day for the little one. Safe neighborhood and central to all events we had planned. Check in/out was easy and great communication. Would definitely book again if in the area.

Sandy ski vacation

Booked this house for my annual ski trip with family and friends. The house was extremely clean and well equipped. My group of 10 were well accommodated. The host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to my questions which only came about because I hadn’t read through the entire welcoming email. I would definitely book this property in the future. It deserves all of 5 stars. Had a great stay.
