"The TV was not functional, an error occurred every 20 minutes. Was told it would be fixed or replaced. Neither happened. The toilet paper holder was barely hanging on the wall. The tub had hair stuck on the wall. Overall, not the best Comfort Inn that I've stayed at. "

"The restaurant on site was excellent. There was an entrance from the hotel to the City Creek Shopping Center next door which was very convenient. The valet was quick but careful and housekeeping was prompt with extra tissues we needed. My only complaint was that the WiFi was NOT included in the room rental. We just used our own Internet connection. The room had adequate outlets and USB ports. We forgot the cable for the video game player but all the connections were easily accessible on the desk. The views from our floor (16th) to the north and to the south were beautiful! Our private balcony was great. We will definitely stay here again."
