"Nice places if you get a floor 01 room, really cool historic building everything is well kept. Breakfast was spot on had dinner one evening and that was great too."
"First I was worried Becuase on the add it said no front desk so after calling they didn’t answer.
We went anyway they DO have a desk and the host is AMAZING.
So friendly helpful and helped me with bags upstairs! He recommended good places for us and made sure we ate breakfasts 100% recommend "
"We were there for just one night. Easy parking underground the hotel but you have to go and ask the desk staff to open the gate. We had an amazing view of the countryside from our balcony so make sure you ask for that view. Host was very kind. The hotel is a little older and has basic amenities. The morning breakfast was amazing! "
"The property needs some improvement, especially on the bathroom side, and thee swimming pool even if 'fit for purpose' would need extra care; breakfast is particularly poor even if it is appreciated serving homemade cakes alongside croissants - improvements are needed in the egg preparation and related.
With such improvements the property could certainly become a 3***Plus and be the better one around."
"This is a perfectly acceptable place to stay for a night. The town is limited so don't expect a thriving night life. The staff was exceptional, extremely helpful. "
"A hidden gem in the quiet town. The room was spacious and clean, The most comfortable bed and modern bath.
Amazing breakfast - try homemade yogurt!
Five star stay."

"This property is impressive. The building looks like an official building close to downtown Parma, within walkable distance of the old town. The hotel main hall is stunning, and extremely well kept, very clean, with amazing ceiling heights. The rooms are huge, old but stylish. The staff is helpful and efficient. We did not expect anything special, but we were pleasantly surprised. We were able to enjoy the city and all the good places within walkable distance. I recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to enjoy Parma in a stylish place."
"Would recommend this hotel to stay in. It’s a great location easy to walk to centre of town and the train station. My room was modern and clean, breakfast had a good selection and friendly staff "

"Wonderful, 'old style hotel' with all modern conveniences. Helpful staff. The fixed price evening meal was delicious and also the breakfast. Convenient central location, easy street parking or use their garage, (extra charge)."
"We did not enjoy our stay at this property. We reserved it for three nights but left after only one (with no refund and had to pay for hotels rooms for two nights). The house was so unbearably hot that we could not stay there. The property description says "the double rooms are air-conditioned," but it was unclear what was meant by "double room." We needed three bedrooms for our family. The only two rooms in the house that have air conditioning are the two rooms with queen beds. The third bed (a double bed) was in a loft over the living room and it had no air conditioning. The loft has no windows that open or even fans to move the air. We tried opening the windows throughout the house, but it did not help cool the house. Some of the windows would not open because the whole frame was loose, and some of the windows that did open had the shutters closed from the outside, which prevented airflow. The rest of the property overall seemed to be just as described, but we could not stay there to enjoy it. The host's family members however, who checked us in late after our unexpected travel delays, were friendly and gave us fresh apricots and eggs."
"We had a wonderful stay..all the staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms are large, clean and tastefully decorated and an excellent breakfast and coffee. Very well located too"
