Unique house with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and communal swimming pool, located in one of the most exclusive areas of Salou: the residential area of Covamar.

The location is exceptional; it is only 10 minutes walking from the beach, next to the Port Aventura / Costa Caribe park and only 5 minutes by car from the golf course. It is also very close to the Roman city of Tarragona cataloged as a world heritage site. Covamar is undoubtedly an ideal place to rest and have fun.

Descripcion:
Victoria Beach Salou is a wonderful paired house with capacity for up to 10 people thanks to its 5 double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All rooms and spaces have individual air conditioning/heating.

On the first floor we find a large living - dining room with a table for 10 people, a place to relax and enjoy.

Next to the dining room we find the kitchen: modern, fully renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences (fridge, dishwasher ...), also it has an American kitchen bar to facilitate the different meals so the guests have a better stay in the house.

This same floor also has a full bathroom and a double bedroom. This bedroom has access to the back garden of the property.

On the second floor there are 3 perfectly equipped double bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and the main bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Two of these rooms also have a balcony where you can relax outdoors.

Victoria Beach Salou has two outdoor areas to enjoy and sunbathe. From the kitchen and the first floor bedroom we access to the back garden where a large pergola of modern design gives shelter to a table designed for up to 10 people. This outdoor area connects with the communal swimming pool and garden, the perfect place to disconnect from the routine. The outdoor area is shared with only 4 houses.

The house includes: Sheets, towels, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery.

A wonderful place to stay with plenty of space to enjoy and a nice private outdoor area as well as communal pool - which we were fortunate enough to have completely to ourselves throughout our stay.The location was ideal - a 5 minute walk to shops, the main strip and down to the beach and a 25 minute walk (with a pram) to the theme parks and train station.We were a group of 9 in total with three children and the villa had everything we needed.We would definitely stay again when visiting Salou!!!

A wonderful place to stay with plenty of space to enjoy and a nice private outdoor area as well as communal pool - which we were fortunate enough to have completely to ourselves throughout our stay. The location was ideal - a 5 minute walk to shops, the main strip and down to the beach and a 25 minute walk (with a pram) to the theme parks and train station. We were a group of 9 in total with three children and the villa had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again when visiting Salou!!!

This is a fantastic space within very short walking distance of all the sights and sounds of Salou. It is however in a very quiet area so not noisy at night. The outdoor space and shared pool are fantastic. The house is large with plenty of space, mod cons, and everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Hosts were great, and the neighbours are nice people. I would highly recommend.

Imanol's apartment lived up to its billing! There were eight adults and two children on our trip, but at no time did the space feel crowded. The fixtures and fittings were excellent with plenty of towels, china and cutlery for our big family. Although the apartment is less than ten minutes walk from the beach, the neighbourhood is very quiet. A word too about Dora, who was most helpful with our arrivals and departures. Highly recommended!

This was a gem of a place, with a lovely shared pool which we actually had to ourselves the week we were there. The house was fully stocked with toiletries in all bathrooms. The kitchen too was stocked with washing liquid and dishwasher tablets along with other cleaning products and a handy Dyson hoover. Accommodation was spotless, with plenty towels including pool towels. Clean fresh bedding and extra blankets. We asked for a cot and high chair which were in situ on our arrival. A supermarket, shops, restaurants and the beach are all within easy walking distance. I would highly recommend this property. Dora our point of contact was really helpful, friendly and responsive.

Excellent location, well equipped villa. The managing agent was really helpful and really nice. I would definitely recommend this villa. Private parking which is essential in Salou as parking is a nightmare.
