The Rodas complex is one of the most emblematic buildings of the famous "Paseo Jaume I" promenade. This beachfront apartment is located on the main beach of Salou, near all services and attractions like public transport, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, shops and many more. Its situation is perfect for those who need a relaxing family holiday on the beach with a wide variety of fun activities in the area. ¡IMPORTANT! This accommodation will be renovated for the 2024 season, especially the kitchen, living room, floors, etc...DISTRIBUTION· Living-dining room with open-plan kitchen and terrace overlooking the promenade and the beach.· Master bedroom with double bed.· Second bedroom with a bunk bed.· Bathroom with bathtub.GOOD TO KNOW· Reservations for groups are not accepted.· Entrance not accessible for wheelchairs. There is no ramp.· Maximum capacity 6 people: 1 sofa bed in the living room and 1 extra bed.· Pet Friendly· Air conditioning only in the living room· WIFI included· Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection.
