The RODAS complex is one of the most emblematic buildings on the famous Jaume I Promenade. It is opposite Llevant beach. This beach, with a blue flag, is ideal for children as the sea is very shallow and has a large area for the little ones to play safely with facilities such as children's playgrounds and not so little ones like paddle-surf. It is located near the Salou Luminous Fountain, with countless restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops... right outside the door. A very welcoming apartment that offers you all the comfort you need for a perfect stay in Salou. We have several apartments in this complex, which is why it is ideal for families travelling together.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.

- Due to the natural characteristics of the surroundings and Mediterranean climate, especially during the warm season, the occasional presence of insects may occur. If you detect any issues during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible so we can review it and take appropriate measures. As a preventive measure, we recommend not leaving food scraps and taking out the rubbish daily.
