Great location, very clean, pleasant staff. A bit of queuing for breakfast during busy months and between 9.00 - 10 but usually get in within 5 minutes. 8 - 9 am is a good time to go down. Great pool area and we always got sunbeds.

The hotel is a friendly and welcoming place to stay. The rooms are a little tired in places, but the staff and the cleanliness are everything that you want. The communal areas are welcoming and the food is a very good standard

We had an excellent holiday here in salou I am not at all mad about this hotel . It's very clean and the staff are wonderful so helpful. We had a broken door which was fixed but a day later wouldn't lock again .,there's black marks over the wall and the bathroom is very dated and tired looking for a 4* hotel Our room was tiny and only a dould with a seccond single bed put in. If your doing full board be prepared to que for dinner there clearly is not enough tables for all the rooms .

We a family of 4 had a great stay at this hotel, spotless clean, the staff were amazing nothing too much trouble. We went half board breakfast was excellent alot of variety unfortunately evening meal not so much pretty much same thing each night so thats why not the full 5 star rate. Saying this would stay again but just B&B.

Great hotel and pool area

Amazing hotel and location. Pool is lovely. Stayed in so many hotels in Salou and this is my fave! The only issue is the walls are very thin and so sleep isn’t the best. We moved rooms due to a child screaming all night and parents playing with the child at 3am-5am in the morning!!! Staff were quick to move and sort but walls were very thin and we could hear guests in the other room just not at 3am!

De kamer was oké omdat ik in 1 van de gerenoveerde kamers zat maar voor de rest leek dit hotel nog in het jaar 1999 te zitten. Zelfs in een gerenoveerde kamer zag de badkamer er niet uit en was dit oud. Er was geen douche enkel een bad. Er zijn 3 liften aanwezig maar je kan geen knop indrukken voor naar boven of naar beneden te gaan. Het personeel zelf was heel vriendelijk maar de poetsvrouwen niet. Wij hebben volpension geboekt maar moesten altijd bijbetalen voor ons drinken wat ik totaal niet begrijp. Schandalig. Ook aan de poolbar moest je betalen als je iets wou. De ligging is perfect. Als je handdoeken wilt voor aan het zwembad moet je een waarborg betalen van €10 en elke keer als je wil ruilen moet je €1 betalen. Het aanbod van het restaurant vond ik ook maar beperkt en kleinschalig. Op sommige momenten als het druk is is dit allesbehalve leuk. Na het eten als je wil afrekenen vraagt het personeel elke keer of je fooi wilt achterlaten. Alsof het al niet erg genoeg is dat we moeten betalen voor ons drinken!

Es la tercera ocasión que visitamos este hotel, y en términos generales es acorde al precio que se paga. Valoramos mucho a los dos monitores de Noa y Junior, que estando solos hacen los posible para entretener a los niños. Auqnue en teoría es un hotel familiar, el 90% de los huespedes son jubillados o personas más senior. Fundamentalmente Bristish. El bufet a la hora de comer es muy justito, a la cena es un poquito más variado.

Escapada de parejas

Hotel perfecto para una escapada ,cerca de la playa y a todos los lugares de interes. Personal de comerdor muy amables y atentosen especial Rocío, pendiente siempre de todo. Punto negativo para el camarero del Pub. Pocas ganas de trabajar,y demasiado,demasiado,demasiado nervioso y mal educado "debe ser exceso de cafeina" . El primer dia nos quiso cobrar una consumición de más y al hacerle la observación, ya le caimos mal para el resto de los días, tuvimos que poner en conocimiento de dirección su conducta totalmente inadmisible hacia nosotros. Afortunadamente la persona encargada de dirección nos escuchó y mostró su preocupación ante tales hechos. Aparte de este incidente,hotel de 10 y seguro que volveremos.
