The views are unbeatable! The apartment is located on the first line of Capellans Beach, with its crystal clear waters, wide beach of fine white sand, a beach bar, playground, showers, sun loungers, and many other amenities. Everything in perfect condition to enjoy your holidays.

DISTRIBUTION:
- Bright living room with open-plan kitchen and direct access to the terrace. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals to enjoy on the terrace. Everything tastes better with those views!
- Master bedroom with double bed.
- Children's bedroom with 3 single beds.
- 2 bathrooms with shower.

GOOD TO KNOW:
- Group reservations are not accepted.
- Optional parking with supplement and upon request and availability. Reserve it in advance, there is usually no parking in the surrounding streets.
- Seasonal outdoor pool.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.
- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.

· Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.

Lovely view

Fantastic view and very clean and comfortable apartment. Aircon very much appreciated. You should inform families that the pool does not allow any ball games or inflatables. Clearly this is a residential apartment where the locals aren’t happy about tourists - we really didn’t feel welcome - do understand their view point.
