"We stayed two nights, It was a great location, quiet, away from the maddening crowd and with exceptional staff and service. Luisa made us quite welcome and introduced us to our room and facilities. The property is excellently presented, is surrounded by like properties( surrounded not crowded) They have a restaurant which has a great pizza and pasta menu, ( thoroughly recommended) Breakfast was much in line with the European norm, but with a pleasant surprise of eggs made to order. "Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is located right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to the lake or any restaurants in the city. Only downsides were that it was a little hard to find in the town’s narrow one-way streets, and we had to park blocks away in a city parking lot. Also it got a little noisy at night when there was a street fair going on."
"Staff phenomenal and bent over backwards to explain the air conditioning system as it’s like none other in the world and I’ve been to almost 100 countries.
GET A FAN from staff and you will enjoy the room temperature.
The hotel is outside of town but a quick walk there.
Unfortunately there was a heat wave the end of June with 35*c temperatures and it was tough.
The Wild West Restaurant nearby was great, don’t look at the reviews that are old they made an incredible comeback."
"The room was amazing, comfy beds, view is unreal, then add a deck with a hot tub..wasn't planning to go back to trento but may go back juat for this place!
Breakfast is amazing as well!"
"Very easy to reach by car, but quiet for a lodge so close to a major road. On the other hand, Trento's historical town is not close: a rather long walk or a car trip is necessary. "

"Very welcoming and comfortable hotel, right in the midst of old town and the pedestrian zone. We enjoyed eating breakfast on our private terrace and the spacious rooms. We stayed before and after a grueling trek in the Dolomites and the hotel was a comforting place to return to."
"This is a fantastic hotel - a real oasis after a long day of travel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is refreshing. And the steam room in the bathroom was such a nice surprise. I wish I was staying here for longer. I would come back simply to stay here again. "
