"Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern und reibungsloser Check-in. Mandy hat im Appartement auf uns gewartet und alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist top!!!! ausgestattet, mit allem, was man benötigt. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und Grundlagen wie Kaffee, Tee, Gewürze sowie Reinigungsmittel zum spülen (inkl Tabs Spülmaschine) sind vorhanden. It would have been good to be told by the hostess where the closest supermarket was, we spent the first 4days walking approx 1.5km to a supermarket and carrying up minimum shopping, on the 5th day a lady told me that there was a supermarket 500 meters away. also there was no information about the restaurant on site, very few people on the premises spoke english so did not...

"Overall nice hotel and really friendly staff. Only stayed one night but conveniently located to get to and from Verona Centro. Rooms really nice size as we were a family of four. However bring your own toiletries, only had one soap to wash all, so packing shampoo and conditioner highly recommended. "
