It was very difficult to check-in late, past 10pm. There was far too much confusion and delays. They picked up the breakfast buffet 45 minutes early each morning. They added a hidden charge of $140, whiuch Expedia got refunded to me. The place and the rooms are beautiful, but the attitude and service is despicable.

Its was a hilton in a previous life and is starting to show its age. Fan in my room was very noisy Their internet access policy is infuriating you need a new access code effective around midnight but cant get one until the front desk staff arrives between 6 and 7 am. Frequent issues witb the key cards staff is friendly and helpful when available

It’s not like before sadly

Internet is terrible, I found a better connection at a nearby restaurant. Old towels, lack of maintenance in general. The air conditioning doesn't work and if it works you don't feel it at all. We spent hot nights. The buffet breakfasts were very good although they did not have a variety of milk or gluten-free foods. The redeeming thing was the very attentive and helpful staff, excellent attitude and friendliness, they try to solve things the best they can.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, ample parking, and a highly professional and friendly staff who make guests feel genuinely welcome at all times. Despite staying during a mandatory curfew and some amenities closing early, we successfully adapted to the circumstances.
