"The room was clean and newly renovated and quite spacious large shower enclosure, comfy beds. The reception staff were very helpful and it was quite convenient right off the road."

"The outdoor areas in the common areas are very nice, as are most of the rooms with balconies - with spacious outdoor areas. Not all rooms have outdoor areas. Dislike: parking can be rough. Small spaces close together, so sometimes you end up parking in the front of the restaurant or other far off areas to find a space, and go top it off, they charge $30 a day for parking."

"Another renovated hotel. It's not bad, but I didn't really like the no-front-desk-staff... so all check-in/out is done online, and if you need to talk so someone, you use a teleconference booth in the lobby to talk to a person in a call center somewhere other than here. All answers are generic, "if you can't find parking, park on the street - it's safe," or "bring items from the vending area in front of the screen and I'll activate the credit card reader for you to buy them." It just felt impersonal & cost-cutting. I will likely not stay here again, even though the stay was fine. This is not the type of business I want to support."
