Very clear instructions for accessing building/codes/unit. Apartment was clean upon arrival and fully stocked with bedding, towels, etc. Prime location & views from the property. Will look to book here again when I visit Salida next year

The beds were very comfortable. The bedrooms were very spacious. The location is super convenient, but it's loud at night bc it's in the center of everything. It was nice to have covered parking. it was nice to have the washer and dryer, but we had to wash our clothes by hand after they went through that washing machine.

Heart of downtown

We couldn’t believe how close this was to everything. You are RIGHT on the river, across from the best sandwich shop Salida offers, and plenty of shops. It was so nice to pop in to grab something if we needed it, then head right back out to the fun! The place was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for personal space if you need it. Loved staying here!

spacious, clear, quiet, good A/C (we needed it) in the heart of Salida, near lots of good bakeries, restaurants. right next to the river, so you can float, kayak, and surf right there.

BEST PLACE IN SALIDA!

This stunning condo overlooks the Arkansas River, is centrally located and the perfect place to stay in Salida. We've stayed there 2 years in a row and have not one complaint. The property is first-class in every respect and right on the river walk, near restaurants & shops. It has private parking and a secure building with a convenient elevator to the second floor for ease with luggage and any supplies you are bringing. It is spacious, nicely decorated and the beds are divine. Even the pullout sofa is comfortable. Don't miss a chance to stay here.

Gorgeous Condo With Great Views

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. Bedrooms are very spacious with comfy beds. The kitchen is well stocked and offered extras like coffee and spices. Just the location near the river and downtown made this a perfect spot for our family vacation. We loved the opportunity to walk to restaurants, shops and bars. Seeing the big S on the mountain from the deck was awesome. Loved everything about this rental!

Beautiful place

Great condo, great location! Beautiful view on the Arkansas river! Close to everything, we only drove to hike & go to the hot springs. It is a very comfortable condo with beautiful patios, comfy beds, nice en-suite bathrooms!

Cool weather get away

Could not have asked for a better location. Easy to river, restaurants, shopping and bars. The owners thought of everything! Best place we have stayed. Perfect for two couples traveling together. We will be back!

Colorado Trail Refresh

This is a really great property located in the heart of Salida. We were taking a day off from the Colorado Trail and this place was perfect. Easy walking distance to Safeway, restaurants, and importantly, Brew Pubs. Highly recommend.

BEST CONDO EVER!

The quality, cleanliness and style of this condo was superb. Locked underground parking and an elevator made loading and unloading a breeze. Loads of light. Decks from every room. Everything we needed. Gorgeous bathrooms and bed rooms. Cathedral ceilings, fans, comfortable furniture with a retro feel. Divine beds and bedding. First class all the way. One note: The kitchen could use some non-stick pans. The ones there are not easy to cook on and everything sticks. Otherwise the kitchen was well-supplied and has a gas stove. Condo is right in the middle of town, one block from the park and the river. The roaring Arkansas (and it is definitely roaring this summer) could be heard from every room. We can't wait to stay here again.

Colorado Family Vacation

My family really enjoyed staying at this rental. The space and layout of the rental was terrific. The location was even better. We parked our car for two days and just walked around town taking in Salida and everything it offered!

Another great weekend in Salida

We travel to Salida frequently and always try to stay in this condo complex because the location can’t be beat. This condo was spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and has a great balcony for river watching. The upstairs bedrooms are huge and beds are comfy. The third bedroom on the main floor is smaller but still very nice. It has a sofa bed which is fine for one adult but I don’t know if it would fit two. Definitely a great space for kids.

Great Location

Super clean condo in a great location in downtown Salida. The covered parking was definitely a bonus and we were walking distance from all the downtown area has to offer. The beds were super comfortable as well. Can't wait to return to this property.
