"Nos contactaron varias veces para solicitar que cancelaramos la reserva y realizaramos el pago allá, para sostener el precio, luego que nos cobrarian el adicional de los niños al llegar, porque la plataforma NO lo habia cobrado, después que confirme que no era posible cancelar de mi parte porque la pltaforma no nos realiza el reembolso, nos informan que sostienen el valor pagado por la estadia, pero que NO incluyen los desayunos, y nos cobran 19.000 por cada desayuno, que realmente para pagar...

"Muy Desilucionado con esta Reservation. !! Llegamos al lugar y nos dijieron que no teniamos ninguna Reserva y que no nos podian ayudar con la estadia despues de un largo Viaje ..para que nos digan esto .. ahora tengo que esperar de 7 a 10 Dias Para un Reembolso de mi Dinero...ya que esto no puede ser inmediatamente !! Pero si pudieron cobrarlo sin darme la Reserva .. Gracias a Este Webb..El Dueño dijo que no tenia ningun aviso generado de Reservation a Mi Nombre .. el Cual Me Genero un Mal Dia...

"Amazing experience in a remote area outside of the city. Incredibly peaceful and beautiful. Awesome, helpful, welcoming host that speaks perfect Spanish and English. I will say it’s smart to save a few drivers numbers because it’s off the beaten path and Ubers can be a bit challenging late at night or early in the morning. "

"The cabins were basic and located way far away from the main property. No phone, no tv, no wifi. We didn’t fell good being so isolated. Fortunately, the owner has another property, Quimbaya Palms, that was better and we stayed there."

"We stayed at Casa La María for 2 nights, the house has a lot of character, bedrooms were ok. Beds comfortable enough and covers to keep you warm at night. Bathrooms clean, hot water takes a little bit to come out but it works. Kitchen is outdoor, we didn’t use it, we did hear racoons in the early morning digging through the garbage. Short walk to the plaza. Communication with host was easy. "
