No bar - we stayed here for shelter during typhoon and would have been nice for casual area for wine and antipasto to escape from our room during storm but we understand it is what it is. "We arrived at 4pm after a three hour car journey, it took them some time to find our booking, we were then told the room was not ready (despite check in said to be available from 12.30). After a further wait, with no offer of refreshment or apology, we were shown to a room which had no fridge and whose key had "been taken by the previous occupants". We complained firmly, and the key was produced within 5 minutes along with a fridge. Overall, there were difficulties communicating with the staff...

"It was a nice quiet base for us for two days on a round-Sicily road trip. In the middle of farm fields, with a charming medieval tower, but not too far from the main road, it allowed us to see a different slice of Sicily. We didn't eat at the restaurant. Breakfast was just a standard OK breakfast."

"I really enjoyed staying at this beautiful farmstay. Is very rustic and the rooms are basic but nice and comfy. My favourite part about this place is the beautiful location close to the city but it feels like you're in the middle of the Italian countryside!"

"Wonderful hosts. Couldn’t be nicer. The place is in the middle of olive groves. Very peaceful. Close to Temple of Selinunte. Definitely have supper there. Great meal and hosts were very accommodating and happy to make us try Sicilian specialties. The only draw back was a tiny shower."

"Our stay was really nice in spite of the fact that the staff had not received our reservation and had closed for the season. We arrived around 5:00 pm to a dark agritourismo. We called the number on the sign, and they immediately sent someone over from the nearby town to let us in. We ended up having the whole place to ourselves. It is in a beautiful location. You can see Segesta Temple which is about 11 minutes by car from the agritourismo. The breakfast was tasty and prompt. Our only complaint...

"Staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and available. Room is a bit dated, but clean. Trip to Erice by cable car was worth the stop in Trapani. Historic area of Trapani is walkable and we enjoyed walking along the Mediterranean Sea right outside the hotel door. "

It’s also in a terrific location - 5 mins to the port for island ferries, a nearby beach, great food options and shops. Really enjoyed our stay a happy to recommend it. "
