The Shepherd Hotel Downtown Clemson
It’s the best small boutique hotel and the cleanest in all of Clemson. This is always my first choice if available.

Only problem was that some of their floor laminate was separating.

Quality Inn Seneca Clemson Area US-123
Our room was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The facility and grounds were obviously very well cared for, and the amenities were quite nice.

Clemson University's James F. Martin Inn
Decent. Rooms could use a refresh but clean. The hotel was pretty empty when we went but they put us in a room right near the lobby. There were people hanging out in there at night and it was incredibly loud.
