"The apartment was very clean and the windows were big enough that it didn’t feel like a basement apartment. It was convenient to downtown Provo and BYU. The stairs down to the apartment were steep but well lit and had a handrail. We would stay here again. "

"I had my first VRBO canceled by the host 48 hours before my 5 day trip to Utah. I was stressed out. This property was available and honestly I am super glad my first choice was canceled. "Close to Provo Canyon, Sundance, etc. Clean, great communication, and overall good experience. "

"Open floor plan provided plenty of space to congregate, play games, and eat meals together. Well-stocked kitchen was a blessing. Will plan to stay again next time we are in the area."

"The house was in terrible order including holes in the couch with burn marks, broken refrigerator, broken dryer, huge gaps in the vinyl flooring, hair everywhere including the beds. Dirty oven, and animal hair all over the couch. When contacting the owner they suggested I email pictures but never supplied a proper email address despite my multiple requests. This home is in subpar condition and communication is awful. "

"Communication with the host was simple, quick responses, the home was clean, they even had snacks available. We ended up having more guests than I originally booked for. I communicated with the host and they sent a link to pay the increased cleaning fee and she went to the house before we arrived to put out extra towels.
