"The house was nice, check in was easy and the house was clean. We stayed here cause it was close to our activities. The reason I gave it 4 stars was the 2 larger beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I know some people like hard beds but these are to hard. The twin beds were good for the kids."

"Great location nice size house although not sure anyone was there to prep for our arrival. The AC wasn’t on when we arrived to check in at 4 pm on a day it had been 90+ degrees and with no central air it was more than uncomfortable. There was no toilet paper, or trash bags, also not enough towels for the 4 people staying in the house. There were dirty dishes in the sink as well . Beyond that we had a great time close to all river accesss and downtown"
