The Almohad Sultan Yaqub al-Mansur (XII century) projected build the largest mosque in the world after the Samarra in Iraq. The works were abandoned after his death in 1199. "We booked this villa for a stay for our family group of 8 for a restful few days. The house was huge and the pool lovely. The facilities in the house included the pool table, electric piano, tv’s and Netflix. The bedroom situation wasn’t ideal for our group which had 3 couples and 2 adult/teenage girls so privacy is important. "Het Hotel had bevestiging gestuurd voor accoord. Dag voor aankomst stuurde Hakim van Hotel bericht dat hij net de boeking had gezien. Helaas was het appartement niet beschikbaar. Hij zou wat anders regelen. Wij toch naar Hotel en hoorden daar dat Hakim een groep bruiloftsgasten had geboekt. Hij had receptie opdracht gegeven om Buitenlandse gasten af te wimpelen. Heeft ons vervolgens in een “afbraakappartent” geplaatst omdat wij niets meer konden vinden. Wilde 20% meer geld omdat andere complex...

"The property needs a lot of fixes; there was peeling paint and plaster falling from the walls; lots of roaches and ants that we had to keep killing. A totally a put off and not expected from a rental at this price point; The rental has 2 sections, with separate enterances; the door for the smaller one was totally broken and really difficult to open and lock; required huge amount of brute force to open it. The door looks like it had been cut up and welded back. All the grills outside the windows...

"Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Sanaa. Hôte très réactive et facilement joignable. La villa se trouve dans une résidence avec 2 belles piscines dont une avec toboggans pour enfants. très bien entretenue et bien securisee,c'est un Havre de paix. Cependant une voiture est indispensable car tout le quartier est en pleine construction donc pas encore de boutiques dans les environs et la plage est un peu éloignée pour y aller à pieds surtout avec des enfants. La villa est propre et bien équipée...

"Un Accueil par le propriétaire mr Errbibi très chaleureux, disponible et à l'écoute afin de nous satisfaire. La description de la situation est précise. La Residence est calme. Maison propre et entretenue . Très belle plage. Taxi disponible pour se déplacer ainsi que le train que nous avons prix pour se déplacer à Rabat pour faire le souk et visiter la capitale. L'idéal est de louer afin de profiter de la région (restaurant à Temara et les environs.). Je le recommande sans hésiter. Merci...
