"We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The covered porch and the sitting area down by the private dock were our favorite spots. The floors need some attention, but other than that we loved it there. We would stay again! Also, Todd was very responsive to texts when we had questions."

"The cabin was very tiny but in good condition. It appeared like it was very nice not too long ago but has recently been let go. There were goats and chickens all around my cabin and they kept getting out of the pin.The property had a lot of junk around the back including a fish tank with old green water standing in it ,broken pallets and a old rusted flat bed hitch trailer piled with junk. "We stayed here for the second time, this time for our 10th anniversary. The cabin is clean and quiet. The views are beautiful although the trees have grown up a bit in the 4 years since we’ve been. The hot tub in the back is perfect. You’re 20-30 minutes from anything you’d want or need in Chattanooga. The host is very kind and helpful. No complaints."
