The outdoor heated swimming pool in the grounds below is shared with the occupants of just three neighbouring apartments. The apartment is three stories high from some windows & has a balcony. It is therefore not suitable for children unless under constant supervision!
To receive your deposit back in full, the apartment must be left in a good state as set out in the attached rental agreement.
