"Stayed Oct 18-21, 2024 Pros:On-site manager (Albert) is wonderful! Very helpful about the locale, constantly working to keep the common areas clean and safe (non slip). The off-site manager (Alex) was very quick to respond too. Cons:We like to sleep in a cooler temperature but even with the ceiling fan (a little noisy when on higher setting) and heat off, the room was a little too warm. The bathtub was a bit of a slipping hazzard, would be safer with non-slip adhesions on the tub base. As...

"The place was very clean and we didnt worry too much about any dirt. The manager was kind and helped us when we needed it. The location is amazing and right next to everything without being noisy. Would gladly stay again!"

"The house is beautiful, kitchen, living room and all rooms are very clean and well decorated. the beds are very comfortable, too. The best part is we can view the aurora just from the big windows and/or patio. My son left his wallet in the room, Simone just sent it back to us with no charge, very appreciated. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Fairbanks next time."
