Alejandro, Enrique, and Anika were outstanding hosts, going above and beyond to assist us with transportation to the lake. "The hotel room was fine. Not at all like was shown in the pictures. Mold in the corners of the room. The bathroom window, which opened out on to a corridor wouldn't lock either. The shower was hot or cold and the room lacked basics like a full length mirror or anywhere to hang clothes. The room had a small private terrace (which was overlooked by someone's bathroom). On the final night, loud music was being played from 2am until 3am. The rooms were very clean. Staff were reasonably friendly...

"We loved our stay. It was very beautiful and peaceful. The staff brought us a delicious breakfast each morning for a small charge. The only negative is not knowing in advance about the very steep and long cement path from the road to the cabin on the lake. Anyone with physical disabilities could find it impossible to manage."
