"The room was cleaned daily. Clean towels, bar soap, toilet paper were left on a daily basis. We just had problems with knobs turning the water off and on in the wash basin. The knobs were very tight. (hard to turn). If you held the flush knob too long the water would come out of the bottom of the toilet bowl. Otherwise the room was adequate and very quiet. You could choose to have coffee and bread for breakfast instead of a full breakfast for a less price and was good if you are in a hurry. The ladies that cleaned the room were very polite and helpful."

"I enjoyed my stay at ULIV Cibeles! The amenities were the standout for me, the gym, terrace + laundry centre were all amazing. And the location is unbeatable if you want to be in the heart of Roma Norte, it’s close to all the great spots on Colima street (amazing restaurants and shopping right nearby). My only critique is the room itself fell a bit short of the photos online. Like especially the bathroom felt somewhat outdated + the tile grout in my room needed recaulking, which gave the space a slightly dirty look despite otherwise being very clean! Overall though, a really good hotel especially for the price. Would recommend :)"

"Desde nuestra llegada recibimos un trato muy amable y atento por parte de todo el personal. El hotel es muy bonito, limpio, cómodo y tiene una ubicación inmejorable para conocer el Centro Histórico de la Ciudad de México. Viajamos en familia con nuestra pequeña y nos sentimos muy cómodos y seguros durante nuestra estancia. La atención, la limpieza y el servicio hicieron que nuestra visita fuera todavía más especial. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo completamente para quienes quieran disfrutar de la Ciudad de México, especialmente por su cercanía a tantos lugares hermosos. Además cuenta con parqueo para los que lleven carros rentados y tiene desayuno por un costo extra en la reservación y un restaurante para cenar si no quieres salir de él. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo del Hotel Catedral por hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia tan bonita 🇲🇽❤️"
