"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. With no smoke alarms, this is unbelievably dangerous. The facilities were adequate...

"We have just returned from 10 days at this lovely gite. The welcome on arrival from Simon and Anna was perfect after a long drive. The gite had everything you need for a comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The pool was wonderful. Thank you, we would love to return. "

"Lovely house in quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Pomerols. House well equipped with everything you need. Great pool though be aware it is quite deep if you are short and a non-swimmer (not us). Lots of places to visit nearby. Cannot recommend too highly."
