Parking is a short distance away and you must walk to the hotel on cobblestone streets with your luggage, but this is not too difficult and true of many places in central Matera. "

"This was hands down one of the best hotel stays we've had anywhere. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and had excellent recommendations and history on the town. The room itself was beautiful, modern but classic, comfortable, with excellent views. The breakfast was lovely with a pianist to make the environment great. The hotel is in an area where you can't drive and they made it so simple to park and get transportation to the hotel. We were truly sad to leave and can't wait for our next visit. We would go back to Matera JUST to stay here"
