"Tolles Hotel, schöne Lage. Hervorragender Wellnessbereich. Leider ist das Servicepersonal einem 5 Sterne Haus nicht würdig. Bei der Frage nach der offerierten Ladestation wird der Gast aufgefordert sich die ENBW App mit Vertragsabschluss herunterzuladen. Eine hauseigene Ladestation gibt es nicht. Hilfestellungen wurden nicht angeboten. Das Servicepersonal zum Frühstück ist launisch und teilweise unhöflich oder sprechen kein Deutsch oder Englisch. Oder vergessen die Bestellung. Daher schließe ich einen weiteren Besuch aus. "

"The hotel is located in the midst of a shopping center and very close to the train station. When you step out of the hotel, almost everything you need is around you -- shops, restaurants, supermarket (grocery store), and public transportation. Goppingen is a lovely German town; its convenient location will allow you to travel to other prominent German cities."
