"Great location to train station and shopping centres. Wonderful park walk up to sky tree. Restaurants in the hotel were very expensive for evening dining. Restaurants around the hotel were disappointing or set up for tourist. As a family of 4 we mainly ate at 711 or Burger King near the hotel. "

"We loved our stay in the Happy Magic room. I was surprised though that there weren't enough fixtures to hang our wet towels. There were also no safety handle bar in the tub which I've grown accustomed to."

"The room is very spacious and clean. The property is located in a middle of nowhere, so it is very quiet. There is a convenience store right in the hotel. The reason why I decided to stay at this hotel is because they have shuttle bus service to the airport, which we used early in the morning. I would stay here again. "

"We absolutely loved this hotel! It was modern and clean. The staff was friendly. There are lounge kimono and slippers in the rooms as well as any toiletries you may need. Also, that heated toilet seat is the best! The Grand Breakfast buffet was fantastic and had plenty of worldly options to suit everyone. There is a shuttle that runs multiple times an hour to the Maihama train station (we took this station to the Tokyo main station for ease of navigation). Zero complaints."

"I chose the Grand Nikko for its proximity to Disneyland - the monorail station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and from there it is one stop to Disney Sea and three to Disneyland. My room was large with two single beds, and a view over the parks. You could see the fireworks in the evening. Staff were very helpful and I got a prompt response to a query after I checked out, which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was included and a varied menu. The process for registering every morning is a bit convoluted and I’m not sure what it adds - but I was there at a quiet time and perhaps it is useful when the hotel is busier All in all - a very good stay and I would happily go back."
