"Staff are fantastic, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Zaina is truly an exceptional face to hte hotel, always helpful, friendly and with a smile on her face. The Hotel never feels crowded even when full. Getting to the beach without having to cross a main road is great. If I was being picky I would like a wider variety of cocktails-No Mojito!!!"

"The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were 1st class, even up to the manager, who takes time to ask guests if there are any problems. The only problem we had was the booking of the specialist restaurants, you were expected to book them via an app, this didn't work, had to argue with reception about booking a meal, after only being 9.30 & 10.00pm, not ideal when you are 75 yrs old, but after speaking to the concierge, who was very helpful and got us earlier times, it is not a problem you need when you arrive on holiday. Hopefully this problem will be sorted out and add to the good hotel / holiday experience "

"Lovely hotel close to Rethymno old town (about a 15 minute walk). Staff were friendly and happy to help. The hotel was very modern which we liked and the pool was a good temperature and great for when it was hot during the day. Would recommend if your planning to go to Rethymno "

"Third stay at this brilliant hotel. However, it's definitely getting more crowded, not overly so but more than in recent years. Understandably the cost of food and drink has gone up from 2023. But would still highly recommend the hotel and surrounding area."

"The staff was truly amazing-Elena at the front desk, Spyros at dinner and the entire crew made us feel special. They helped us up the stairs with our luggage and made a special table for us at dinner under the bougainvillea tree. The dinner was amazing, one of the best we've had in Greece. The early morning taxi to the airport with Theodore was punctual and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again when in Rethymno!"

"An amazing and luxurious hotel. All rooms have balconies with sea view. Clean room, clean and well maintained hotel facilities. In front of the hotel there is a small and rocky beach. The city and the beaches are 3 km away"

"Fantastic service from start to finish! Beautiful view and beach. Incredible staff made this stay a wonderful experience. I would recommend better railings on stairs - some of the stairs don’t have any railings and the main stairs just have a glass wall railing. Those with mobility issues may struggle. "
