"Tak is very cool, he will explain a lot of things and share experience with you if he has visited your country! The beds and toilets are fine for the price. Beds very confortable. The only thing its not very clean! The toilet and room smells a little bit. But we had a very good stay."

"Check-in attendant wasn't very friendly. They only accept cash, but I thought I had paid online. He rudely told me I was wrong. I asked him to help my friend get to the train station and he said "why?". With customer service like that you could have a ticket machine do a better job."

"We met the host at check in and he kindly showed us the trickier things around the house like the water heater, fancy thermostat, and gas stove. He let us know he was about 15 minutes away if we needed anything. That was a nice reassurance. The stairs are small and no handrail but there are non slip bars on each step for a bit of safety.
