"This hotel is fine for an overnight stop and in a very accessible location for visiting Troyes. The reception isn’t constantly manned and there is a delay when checking in or needing assistance but staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is very basic and having a third bed in a overhead bunk meant we were banging our head when getting out of bed! There is no air conditioning but I like to have an openable window. However the noise from outside is dreadful and would put me off staying there...

The problem is hotels.com DO NOT give the B&B reservation code you need to access your reservation with the ATM...so you are forced to call their helpline in the middle of the night. "Firstly, I have to say, this hotel was very inexpensive. The BIG problem though was that their wifi was inoperative. Having work to do, I had to hotspot from my phone and burned through half the hotel price in data charges! Next, this hotel is located in a commercial park, right next door to McDonalds.
