"The location was perfect. It was less than a 5 min walk into town, where you could find plenty of shopping and restaurants. If you wanted to go to Saint Tropez, it was a short walk to the shuttle boat that ran frequently. We spent a lot of our time at the house as the view and lounging by the pool really couldn’t be beat. "It’s a delightful villa in a lovely position. Communication with both the owners and manager were good. The heated pool was a real plus as the sea temperature was rather cold. This is one of the cleanest villas we have stayed in over the last 18 years of staying in France. Thank you for a stress free holiday - just what was needed."

"This is my family's third time staying in France over the past 5 years. I would like to provide a fair and objective review. We stayed (6 adults, 4 children) in August 2016. The house was clean, in fine working order, location is on the border of St. Tropez and the town of Gassin. About a 15 minute walk to St. Tropez town center. "We had a lovely weeklong stay at this home in Gassin, which was even more charming in person. We spent much of our time outdoors, enjoying the pool and surrounding areas. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, the A/C was great for some pretty steamy days, and the kitchen was very well stocked for the large dinners we cooked there and on the outdoor grill. Vincent was quick to respond to any questions we had. We'd love to come back another time!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Minna and Fredericks villa. We have two young children and the villa was perfect for our needs, also we didn’t want a pool and the outside area is safe. The area is quite and the beds comfortable. Each bedroom has aircon which helped. The villa also has toys and beach gear which was a big help with the kids and helped avoid paying for loungers on the beach. We had a great stay!"

However, in order to avoid any discussions as to an additional charge of your credit card for damages and incidentals one week after your return home, you should insist on a written exit inventory !"

"We were a family of 11 adults and 1 child under 2. The view from the terraces are amazing and the pool and surrounding areas are fabulous. However, the bedrooms are very mismatched. There is 1 amazing bedroom on the upper level with an en suite shower and toilet and is absolutely huge. There are 2 other bedrooms about a third of the size on the same level, 1 having and en suite shower/toilet and the other a shower/sink only. The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the lower level and are quite small...

"A beautiful villa, with lots of space and options for enjoying the sun. A nice 10 minute walk to the beach, air con worked well and ice machine was a big hit for the kids. Only criticism was the pool was a little cold, but we were out of season, other than that it was perfect. "
