"Wir waren dieses Jahr bereits zum dritten Mal Gäste in der Ferienwohnung. Es passt einfach alles. Es ist sauber. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Ausstattung und die Lage ist super. Supermarkt und Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kinder lieben den Pool. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und den Concierges klappt stets ohne Probleme. Deshalb kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon sehr darauf. "

"Lage und Einrichtung der Wohnung sind eigentlich schön. Dass es an der Hauptverkehrsstraße zu Lärm kommt, hat man sich denken können. Eigentlich waren es hauptsächlich die Zweiräder, die laut waren. Bei geschlossenen Rollläden konnten wir aber ungestört schlafen. Das dazu gebuchte wlan war an den ersten 1,5 Tagen nicht vorhanden, einen Preisnachlass gab es nicht. Sehr schade war der ungeputzte Zustand der Wohnung. Lange Haare in den Schubladen im Bad, Heizkörper dick verstaubt, die Filter der...

"The views and location are amazing but the lack of air conditioning and amount of mosquitoes and the uncomfortable beds made sleeping difficult. There was no wifi which was surprising and is expected everywhere. We stayed for 4 nights and dreaded going to sleep, my kids are covered in mosquito bites. The property supplied plugs but they made no difference. The rooms also only have 1 power point so have to chose between fan or mosquito plug. It was extremely hot the week we stayed."

"We had a lovely time staying here in Sainte Maxime. Communication with Mr Huet was great and checking in was simple. The apartment is comfortable and a good size (bigger than expected!) and has most things that you need. You do need to bring your own towels and sheets, but that was easy enough for us as there were only 2 of us staying. The location was peaceful, but very close to the beach and town. I would definitely come back. :) "

"We used this property as a base to join friends who were staying nearby. Our French was limited but we managed the check in and out ok. It has a well equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and sleeping area all in one room with a small bathroom and generous outdoor space. Quiet and within easy walk of the centre of town."
