Fantastic detached family villa on the Côte d'Azur, just a 10-minute walk from La Nartelle beach with beautiful beach restaurants. The villa features a private pool, airconditioning in every bedroom, an independent studio (without airconditioning) and a lovely large, shaded, enclosed garden and is situated in a quiet, gated estate. There is plenty of space for everyone in the villa and on the large (covered) terraces around the pool!
You can walk from the villa to the beach and the restaurants. Just a 5-minute drive away, you'll find the charming seaside town of Sainte-Maxime. There's always something to do there! Markets, shopping, strolling along the promenade with an ice cream, or simply people-watching on the terrace with a glass of rosé! You can also rent a small boat in the colorful waterside village of Port-Grimaud, also known as the Venice of France. Plan a day trip to the most famous beach in the South of France, Plage Pampelonne. It's a 7 km long white sand beach with the most beautiful beach clubs! Golf enthusiasts can head to the nearby Blue Green golf course. For the kids, there are water parks in Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus. Nice Airport can be reached within an hour.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
