On the top floor of a residence with a pool in Sainte-Maxime, a beautiful 50 m² T2 apartment for rent for 2 to 4 people. Nice terrace with an unobstructed view and a glimpse of the sea. Close to the town center and the beach (750 m), with local shops just 50 m away.
It consists of an entrance, a separate kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed opening onto a 7.72 m² terrace, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate WC.
Air conditioning is only in the living room. Fiber internet access. Private parking. Quiet residence with a pool.
Pets are not allowed unless written authorization is given by the owner.
Classified accommodation: 3***
Linen is optional (number of people to specify).
Final cleaning is an additional €50.
A deposit of €800 is required on arrival.
