"The staff were really friendly and helpful. This place was everything we hoped for and more. Right off the motorway for an easy night stop, and also close to supermarket and restaurants. Very convenient! Will definitely return to this hotel again."

"Everything was very clean and the receptionist Sylvie was very helpful. Unfortunately, Beaune did not have any buses on Saturday or Sunday, until June 1so I had to walk all the way from the town and back again to the train the next day !!"

KYRIAD MONTCHANIN - Le Creusot

"We had an overall pleasant stay. The staff were especially friendly and attentive during breakfast and dinner—always welcoming with a smile, which really made a difference. The food was surprisingly good for a hotel of this category, with generous portions and fresh ingredients. The location is also a big plus, very close to TGV train station—convenient to everything we needed and easy to get around. Given the amenities and service, the price was very reasonable.
A couple of drawbacks to note: our room DID NOT HAVE A SMALL REFRIGERATOR, which would have been useful, and there was NO room view to speak of, which made the space feel a bit closed in. The room #202 looked over a roof top. Still, for the value and service, we’d consider staying again.

"Nous avons été très contents de notre séjour au Campanile de Chalon-sur-Saône. La chambre PMR a fort bien convenu. Nous avons pu dîner sur place, agréablement. Le personnel et le directeur ont été très attentifs. Nous reviendrons, je pense."

"I’ve given 5 stars because of the way the receptionist welcomed us and because of her help when I thought I’d lost my room key. It turned out that I didn’t lose it, I’d just misplaced it but she was just brilliant and I would like my comments and thanks passed on to her."

"For the price, pretty good. Grounds are run down but the rooms quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable enough. Worked well as a crash pad after a transatlantic flight. "
